Maintenance Request
Please complete this form to submit all Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests. By submitting
this email, you are authorizing
NRP to enter your residence for the sole
purpose of evaluating and correcting your maintenance issue.

NOTE: Re-keying of properties by Tenants is prohibited.
NRP may gain access
and re-key if, at any time, access is denied, and charge the cost to the Tenant.
New keys may be picked up at the office of
NRP during posted office hours.
All repair requests will be processed in order of receipt or level of emergency.
Please allow 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays, for response. If you
have not heard from a repair person in that time frame, please call the office directly
(602.745.1111).
Reminder:
Residents are fully responsible to maintain and repair the following items at their
expense: A/C Filter, A/C Drain Line Clogs, Washer/Dryer connections, Pest Extermination,
Lawn & Shrubbery, Microwave, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub (if any), Water Conditioners,
Blocked sewage lines, Smoke Detectors, Locks, Window Locks and Glass Breakage.
